林沐雨研究員畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué),2010年獲得心理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位及哲學(xué)雙學(xué)士學(xué)位,2015年獲得心理學(xué)博士學(xué)位(臨床心理學(xué)方向)。2013年至2014年,曾于美國(guó)波士頓大學(xué)Stefan Hofmann課題組任訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。2015年獲得德國(guó)亞歷山大·馮·洪堡基金會(huì)博士后獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,2015年至2019年在德國(guó)波鴻魯爾大學(xué)臨床心理學(xué)與心理治療系、Jürgen Margraf課題組開(kāi)展博士后研究。2019年至2023年任職于德國(guó)柏林洪堡大學(xué)、柏林心腦研究院臨床心理學(xué)與社會(huì)認(rèn)知系,在Isabel Dziobek課題組任助理研究員。2024年至2025年,任柏林洪堡大學(xué)兒童與青少年臨床心理學(xué)與心理治療系教授。2025年6月,入職北京大學(xué)心理與認(rèn)知科學(xué)學(xué)院。

林沐雨研究員是中國(guó)心理學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員,中國(guó)臨床與咨詢心理學(xué)專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)和專業(yè)人員注冊(cè)系統(tǒng)注冊(cè)心理師(2017年起)及注冊(cè)督導(dǎo)師(2025年起),同時(shí)是國(guó)際孤獨(dú)癥研究協(xié)會(huì)(International Society for Autism Research,INSAR)會(huì)員及德國(guó)孤獨(dú)癥研究協(xié)會(huì)(Autismus-Forschungs-Kooperation,AFK)會(huì)員。

林沐雨研究員的研究重點(diǎn)是多模態(tài)探索社交困難與社交障礙的機(jī)制及其干預(yù)路徑,研究?jī)?nèi)容涵蓋情緒問(wèn)題(如社交焦慮)、社會(huì)認(rèn)知障礙(如孤獨(dú)癥譜系)與人際創(chuàng)傷(如欺凌經(jīng)歷)等。同時(shí),也關(guān)注積極心理學(xué)、跨文化心理學(xué)因素以及循證干預(yù)的實(shí)踐科學(xué)。

科學(xué)研究應(yīng)以誠(chéng)信為本。臨床心理學(xué)的研究旨在理解人的差異與痛苦,發(fā)展并評(píng)估有效的干預(yù)方案。我們歡迎關(guān)心不同群體、致力于高質(zhì)量科學(xué)研究的青年學(xué)者加入實(shí)驗(yàn)室。林沐雨研究員的課題組將于2026年起正式運(yùn)行,歡迎博士研究生、碩士研究生、本科生及實(shí)習(xí)生加入。鼓勵(lì)具備交叉學(xué)科背景(如計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、生命科學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等)的同學(xué)申請(qǐng),直博生建議于申請(qǐng)當(dāng)年5月前聯(lián)系林沐雨研究員。

每個(gè)人的獨(dú)特性既帶來(lái)優(yōu)勢(shì),也可能帶來(lái)挑戰(zhàn)。人際互動(dòng)是日常生活的重要組成部分,良好的社交體驗(yàn)有助于建立自信,而持續(xù)的社交困難則可能嚴(yán)重影響個(gè)體的生活質(zhì)量、心理健康以及社會(huì)功能。

社交困難的成因復(fù)雜多樣,涉及多個(gè)層面的心理與社會(huì)因素,包括:情緒問(wèn)題(如社交焦慮、抑郁情緒)、社會(huì)認(rèn)知功能的差異(如孤獨(dú)癥譜系特征)、負(fù)性經(jīng)歷(如欺凌與人際創(chuàng)傷)、以及家庭與文化背景(如成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境、性別角色、文化認(rèn)同)等。

本團(tuán)隊(duì)采用多模態(tài)方法,結(jié)合質(zhì)性研究、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、行為實(shí)驗(yàn)、生理測(cè)量、腦成像技術(shù)與人工智能分析等手段,系統(tǒng)探索不同群體社交困難背后的心理機(jī)制。同時(shí),圍繞特定人群的心理健康需求,致力于開(kāi)發(fā)更為精準(zhǔn)、高效的干預(yù)策略與實(shí)踐路徑。
